Ellis trained at Laine Theatre Arts graduating in 2015.

Theatre includes: Resident Choreographer, Swing, 2nd Cover RF Simpson and Resident Cho in Singin' in the Rain (London, Dubai & China), Swing and Assistant Dance Captain in Elf (West End 2023 & 2024), Actor and Featured Dancer in Peter Grimes (London Coliseum), Ensemble/Swing in We Will Rock You (London Coliseum and German Tour), Ensemble in The Mikado (London Coliseum, ENO), Neleus in Mary Poppins (Theater an der Elbe, Hamburg), Pirate Swash / Dance Captain in Peter Pan (Rickmansworth), Ensemble/Understudy Doody in Grease (Royal Caribbean), Dancer/Understudy Peter Pan in Peter Pan (Chelmsford Civic Theatre) and Dancer/Ensemble in Snow White & the 7 Dwarfs (Palace Theatre, Newark).

Ellis also appeared in: We Will Rock You on BBC’s Night of Musicals (BBC), Lead Singer/Dancer for Show Team (Mirage Cruise Liner / Fred Olsen) and various production shows at Potters Leisure Resort.
